The one thing I'd mention is that the lines across her face seem a bit harsh. I feel they should only be across the area of her face, and perhaps even coming out from under her hair instead of crossing it.
The girl is really well drawn, especially the shadows and highlights on her hair, and I think all the writing in the background is a really nice touch!

and the dress desighn is kawaii ^^
but the picture is a little blur and the backgrouynd should be in other color so the dress will be more highlighted.
the "scratch" on the face is strange, i think big sad purple eyes will match this.
